Price Forbes launches Real Estate and Legal Indemnity practice headed by Mark Manwaring
Price Forbes, part of Ardonagh Specialty, has entered the real estate and legal indemnity market with the appointment of Mark Manwaring as Managing Director of Real Estate, Craig Taylor as Executive Director of Real Estate and Dave Woolley as Executive Director of Legal Indemnities.
Mark was previously Managing Director of Aon’s real estate practice where he was responsible for large multinational portfolios, sophisticated mid-tier growth clients and the legal indemnity team.
Craig Taylor has over 20 years’ experience providing advice and insurance solutions to a diverse range of real estate clients, both in the UK and internationally, across all asset classes. He was previously Executive Director in the real estate practice groups of Aon and Marsh.
Dave Woolley was previously Director of Legal Indemnities at Aon, working with lawyers, surveyors, national housebuilders, commercial developers and lenders on many of the largest property and land transactions.
The launch team includes Chris Rogers and Jack Stevens appointed for the real estate client team and Sarah Cox and Paul Weston as brokers responsible for rights of light and legal indemnities.
